Letter from the Editor

Thank goodness my friends have great taste in wedding style and fashion. I’ve been able to wear each of the five bridesmaid dresses I own, beyond the occasion for which they were intended.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have something from your wedding that you could wear again? Bride Liz Lonky has figured out how it can be so. Read about her, and local masters’ of style, in Caroline Harrah’s “High Time for High Style in Santa Barbara”.

The men are stepping out in style as well. No longer limited to the black tux and tie, Scott Corridan encourages you to go bold in “The New World of Men’s Wedding Wear.”

Even wedding cakes have taken to the height of fashion. Inspired by fabrics, cake designer Sarah Farmer shows how she incorporates dress details into edible masterpieces.

Of course, your wedding is sure to be the ultimate masterpiece—one of lasting memories and immeasurable joy—because there’s one thing that never goes out of style: Love.
